Q: Where can I find GIORGIA?
A: Congratulations! You have already found us since you are on this website. Now, you just need to look for our retailers/stockists in your preferred location. Book an appointment with them, if you like. Our worldwide presence can be found on our Retailer Page in the footer menu.
Q: Is there such a thing as too early for wedding dress shopping?
A: Yes. If your wedding is more than 30 months away or in 3 years time.
Q: Do I need a husband/partner to purchase a wedding dress?
A: Absolutely not!
Q: How long do I have to wait for my wedding dress?
A: It really depends if you are going for a design from our current ready-to-wear collection or choosing a bespoke option. Ready-to-wear selections take 60 days and a Bespoke Dress approximately 6 months.
Q: What if it doesn’t fit me properly because my weight/measurement changes?
A: All dresses ordered from Giorgia Couture through our retailers and in Singapore will be and can be altered to fit you perfectly! This is a promise. xo
Q: What about dresses that I purchase through your online stores?
A: You can also reach out to us through whatsapp or email and we will help you with a solution you’d be very happy with.

Giorgia Couture makes it easy to pay off your dream dress in easy installments.
When your order your dress with Giorgia Couture, ask about our new installment plan using the financing service with Atome or GrayPay.
In Q3 of 2023, we will also roll out 0% interest free installment payment with major banks credit cards.
Simply choose the Atome or GrabPay option upon check out
If you would like to pay with Alipay or WeChat, please kindly contact us via WhatsApp and we will be glad to assist you.

Q: Are all dresses available for rent?
A: Yes, all dresses are available for rent except dresses in the MINI Collection.
Q: Can I make a rental order online?
A: Yes you can make an order for rent online. Simply enter the code <RENT2023> and the price at checkout will be adjusted accordingly.
Q: How many days can I rent ?
A: Our Rental Period is 7 days. If you need an extended rental period, please let us know and we will check the availability for you.
Q: Are there additional charges for an extended rental period?
A: There will be an additional 10% fees for every 5 days.
Q: Are rental rates inclusive of alteration and dry-cleaning fees?
A: Rental rates are inclusive of dry-cleaning cost and basic size fitting cost. It does not include any cost of additional customisations.
Q: Are all dresses available for rent?

Generic Returns
Giorgia Couture will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
- For an exchange, mail out your items within 5 days from the receipt of original order.
- Items cannot be exchanged after 5 days from the receipt of order.
- Items must be returned with Giorgia Couture tag and must be in the original packaging such as dust cover, gown bag and shopping bag.
Refund Policy
- If we find that the item has not been returned in original, fully resellable condition, we reserve the rights to refuse a refund on the item.
- If you are returning the item because of an error on our part due to damage or defects, we will refund delivery charges incurred in sending items to you and pay your cost of returning it to us.
Sale Items
- No Returns allowed on any Sample Sale items.
- You are to check for the condition of items before making the purchase.
- In the event that the sample sale item was bought from our official online store, please contact us at to approve a return. We reserve the rights to deny refund to sender without prior return approval.
- There is strictly no refund for sale or sample sale items.
